Laser Cutting of Metal

Laser cutting of metal is the process of cutting metal workpieces using a laser beam. The laser beam is focused on a very small spot on the surface, causing localized heating of the material, which changes its structure through melting or burning through. The edges of the cut workpieces are smooth and neat, without burrs or melted edges. There are no restrictions on shape. Laser cutting makes it easier to manufacture complex parts, custom components, and products with original designs.

- metal specifications (grade, surface finish, thickness);
- drawings in .DWG or .DXF format;
- the quantity of each part in the batch.

• Prices are quoted in UAH per linear metre of cut;
• The film burn-off rate is UAH 5.5 per linear metre (piercing points are not counted).
• The laser cutting rate does not include the cost of piercing the material (one piercing = 100 mm of cut).
• The exact cutting cost is calculated based on the customer's technical specifications;
• Prices exclude VAT;
• Minimum order: UAH 500.
